JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (AP) —The Missouri Department of Conservation is sponsoring a special dove hunt for those with limited mobility.
The Conservation Department and the National Wild Turkey Federation are sponsoring the hunt on Sept. 3 at Ten Mile Pond Conservation Area in Mississippi County. Up to 30 hunters with wheelchairs, crutches or prosthetics will be allowed to hunt doves in a reserved area.
